Shipping policy

We ship within 1-2 days on all orders received Monday thru Friday , excluding Public Holidays. Orders received on a weekend will be shipped the following Monday morning.

New Zealand
A $12.00 shipping fee will apply for shipment anywhere within New Zealand.
Shipping generally takes 2-5 working days, please note a number of our products are considered to be dangerous goods by courier companies and they will not allow them to travel by air so they need to be transported by land and sea.
At this stage we do not offer a Saturday delivery service.

International
We are currently offering Shipping to Australia for a flat rate of $25.
We use an international courier and delivery times are usually between 8-10 days .
Please note we are not responsible for any additional charges or taxes added by International Customs , these are the buyers responsibility.
Some items are deemed dangerous goods and require a specialist carrier. In general we have decided not to ship these internationally as the costs are too high.
We have noted on the product which ones we are unable to ship internationally.
